Vegas here i come ...

Tonight is my last night at work.  For a three week period. Reason? For travel, what better way to spend free time! I will use this blog to share my experiences with you all in regards to places which I have or hope to travel to.  In 2 sleeps I will be off to the USA.  Initially to San Fran before making my way to Las Vegas.  This will be my first visit to Vegas, hopefully not my last!  I can't wait to feel out the sights and sounds of this place.  Like other places, i have heard the negative and positive but, my experience will be my judgement.  So, here goes: Cheers to new experiences, new cultures and new destinations!

Wrapping up Nightshift

My first entry into my personal blog will now be officially concreted into internet history!  How funny it seems to blog knowingly to no-one although, maybe someone one day travelling through the internet highway might crash into and stumble upon this.  I am a night away from a fairytale holiday to Vegas this week.  A night-away meaning one night left of work before a three week period of freedom! This holiday has arrived amazingly quick.  Even though it has been a year in the making! Not much has happened at work tonight.  A blessing in disguise and, a thought passes by that, maybe, just maybe, tonight i feel OVERPAID!  It doesn't occur often but when i get this feeling, its a GOOD, GOOD shift!  I actually don't even know why i entitled by personal blog as "life in the fast lane"?  Especially when it's the total opposite is occuring right now.  Well, time to go but, will re-visit you tonight on another work night.
